Peer Review Process

Techno Bahari Journal is committed to ensuring the quality, originality, and scientific integrity of every manuscript through a rigorous and transparent peer-review process.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability with the journal's aims and scope, manuscript quality, formatting, and compliance with the journal's publication ethics. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected before the review process.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject area.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on several criteria, including:

• Originality and novelty of the research
• Scientific significance and contribution to the field
• Methodological soundness
• Quality of data analysis and interpretation
• Clarity of presentation and organization
• Relevance to the scope of Techno Bahari Journal
• Adequacy and accuracy of references

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor may make one of the following decisions:

• Accept without revision
• Accept with minor revisions
• Reconsider after major revisions
• Reject

Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers' comments and submit a detailed response to each comment within the specified revision period.

The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the reviewers' recommendations and the journal's editorial policies.

Throughout the review process, Techno Bahari Journal maintains the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and upholds the principles of fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity in accordance with the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
